Általános tudnivalók
Bolti átvételű online rendelés esetén a kupont a rendelés véglegesítése előtt kell aktiválni, kizárólag online lehet beváltani.
Szállítási költségre nem érvényes.
Egy E-könyvutalvány egy megrendelésre váltható be, kizárólag magyar nyelvű könyv vásárlásához (5%-os áfakulcs).
Az E-könyvutalvány készpénzre nem váltható, bankkártyára nem utalható, másik utalvány vásárlására nem fordítható, érvénytartama meg nem hosszabbítható és visszavásárlására sincs mód.
Ha a megvásárolni kívánt áru(k) értéke magasabb, mint az utalványon rendelkezésre álló összeg, úgy a különbözetet más fizetőeszköz (készpénz, bankkártya, előre utalás) segítségével fizetheti ki.
Más (nem-utalvány) termékkel együtt nem vásárolható, amennyiben az utalvány mellett más termék is szerepel a kosárban, nem lehet véglegesíteni a rendelést (nem lehet szállítási módot választani).
Felhasználás
A E-könyvutalvány a kifizetés dátumától 12 hónapig érvényes, a rajta szereplő összeg felhasználása az érvényesség ideje alatt, a feltöltést követő naptól 1 vásárlás során lehetséges a rajta szereplő összeg erejéig. Az érvényesség lejártát követően az E-könyvutalvány vásárlás ellenértékének kiegyenlítésére nem használható fel, a fel nem használt összeg visszatérítésére nincs mód.
Online felhasználás esetén az emailben megküldött azonosítót (kk5 kezdetű kód) kell beírni a rendelés leadásának 2. pontjánál (Szállítás és fizetés), az arra kijelölt mezőbe.
Ha a megvásárolni kívánt áru(k) értéke magasabb, mint a kártyán rendelkezésre álló összeg, a különbözetet más fizetőeszköz (készpénz, bankkártya, előre utalás) segítségével kifizethető.
Egyéb tudnivalók
Az E-könyvutalvány tulajdonosának azt kell tekinteni, akinek a kód a birtokában van, az E-könyvutalvány bárkire szabadon átruházható. A tuan.hu a kifizetést követően az utalvány tulajdonjogát semmilyen körülmények között nem vizsgálja, az ez irányú kérelmek teljesítését kizárja.
General information
In the case of online orders with in-store pickup, the coupon must be activated before the order is finalized, it can only be redeemed online.
It does not apply to shipping costs.
An E-book voucher can be redeemed for one order, only for the purchase of books in Hungarian (5% VAT rate).
E-book vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank card, used to purchase another voucher, cannot be extended, and cannot be repurchased.
If the value of the item(s) to be purchased is higher than the amount available on the voucher, you can pay the difference using another means of payment (cash, bank card, advance transfer).
It cannot be purchased together with other (non-voucher) products, if there are other products in the cart in addition to the voucher, it is not possible to finalize the order (it is not possible to choose a delivery method).
Uses
The E-book voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of payment, and the amount indicated on it can be used during the period of validity, from the day following the top-up during 1 purchase, up to the amount indicated on it. After the expiry of the validity, the E-book voucher cannot be used to settle the price of the purchase, and the unused amount cannot be refunded.
In case of online use, the ID sent by email (code starting with kk5) must be entered at point 2 (Delivery and payment) of the order, in the designated field.
If the value of the item(s) to be purchased is higher than the amount available on the card, the difference can be paid using another means of payment (cash, bank card, advance transfer).
Other information
The owner of the E-book voucher shall be considered to be the person who is in possession of the code, and the E-book voucher can be freely transferred to anyone. After the payment, the tuan.hu will not examine the ownership of the voucher under any circumstances, and will exclude the fulfilment of such requests.
