To activate glowing properties, the crystals must absorb ultraviolet light beforehand, either from natural light or from ultraviolet torches.

Warning:

These crystals have a whitish color in daylight, but when they are charged with energy (UV light/daylight) their glow-in-the-dark properties are activated giving the corresponding blue or turquoise color.
